Growth
As Owasso grew, so did Harold’s reputation and stature both as an
attorney and as a person
committed to making the lives of others better. Harold helped
found Liberty Bank (predecessor to RCB Bank) and served on many
Tulsa Metro boards, including Tulsa Technology Center. In 1986,
Harold’s son, David, joined him in the practice of law and the Firm
expanded its representation to include civil rights, domestic,
bankruptcy, and title insurance services.
